WOW… is that really true??

I must admit, the new MD-900 is a lot quieter than the old MBB Bo105!!! It looks a lot better too!! Does the Air Ambulance MBB Bo-105 fly around regularly??

I remember been told about out Local Police helicopter doing rutine speed checks on vehicles on the M62 and the systems operator picking up something travelling at 300mph, it was a RAF Harrier which had locked onto the american built radar used to track the speeds and the Harrier had gone into automatic engage and tracked the Helicopter – for any of you interested it was the old MBB Bo105DBS/4 G-WYPA, now replaced by a MD-900 explorer.

I don’t know about driving a plane down the road, but I have heard of a/c engines being used in cars. The most notable was that of the Brazilian police tracking a Rolls Royce doing tremendouse speeds down the Highways there, the police wrote a letter of complaint to RR asking them note to test their experimental cars in their country as it was effecting their radar, RR simply replied “What experimental cars?”. The guy later died when his car drove off a cliff and into the side of another mountain!
