CHC on route to Brazil…..

Hi all………

Noticed on the internet that there was a CHC Eurocopter EC225LP Super Puma arrive at NWI, but thought it would only be a splash and dash but when i got there a couple of hours later there she was strobing and ready to depart.Its trip to Brazil via iceland is apparently set to take 3 weeks.:eek:

It all looked pretty standard to me so i think he’s got alot of stops to make on his way :p

Did they put in additional kerosine tanks, or is it stopping at every oil rig on the way? 😀

As far as i know its going under its own power with plenty of stop off’s i’d assume.

Is she going to Brazil under her own power? I expected it would be cheaper to airlift it with an Antonov or if it will fit a 747.
