Anyway, I find that BMI offers a lot of good deals. You can get a codeshare to Copenhagen on SAS. Or FlyGlobeSpan to Rome/Barcelona/Prague are all nice fields to go spotting.

I nearly always use www.expedia.co.uk. But www.traveljungle.co.uk will search expedia/travelocity/opodo/lastminute/most airlines and it suprises me how the fares can vary so much on the same flights sold by 2 competing travel sites.

You could fly from GLA to another lo co hub to get a connecting flight. That way you’d see more!

www.ryanair.com – fly from Glasgow Prestwick
www.bmibaby.com – fly from Nottingham to GLA, Cardiff to Prestwick
www.easyjet.com – fly from loads of places to GLA

In general, if you want lo-cos, use the airline’s own website. If you’re into “real” airlines then sites like expedia, opodo, travelocity, ebookers, etc are all worth trying – no one will be cheaper than the other in all cases.
