Every member of the UN Security Council exports its share of aircraft, but China is the only Developing nation in the UNSC and the only developing nation exporting a full line of aircraft from transports to trainers to fighters to bombers.
Beginning with F-6 aircraft sold to Pakistan in the 1960s, Chinese aircraft has been exported to countries in Africa (Egypt, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Nigeria), the Middle East (Iraq, Iran), Europe (Albania and Romania) and South Asia (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka)
Historic and recent exports were the afore-mentioned F-6, the A-6, F-7 (in several variants), H-5, H-6, Z-5, Y-5, Y-7, Y-8, Y-12, CJ6A, FT-5, FT-6, FT-7 and the K-8.
The lineup for the future includes the well-publicized FC-1, the trainers FTC-2000 and L-15, the FBC-1M (JH-7A), a myriad of Y-8 variants, the MA-60 and for bonus discussion, the F-10.
Discuss the future prospects and post pictures of Chinese aircraft in foreign livery!

Warning to flamers (from Mod SOC):
Are you guys in the running for a Pulitzer Prize in internet flaming? This is the second time this topic has been assassinated by individuals apparently purposely trying to cause problems just for the sake of causing problems. How India ever got involved so deeply in this thread is beyond me. What does India have to do with Chinese exports? This thread is locked. Feel free to try and start a new one. But, if anyone enters the thread and starts flaming, for WHATEVER reason, they’ll get at least a week ban, depending on whether they have been warned regarding such behavior in the past. This applies to those who wish to reply to the flamers as well. You’re not helping things by feeding the fire.
