I am not quite sure if this falls into ‘Historic’ at the moment although the pilot certainly does. The bloke is after a more powerful engine if anyone has a Merlin or something laying around.

Presumably the rearwards hinged doors act as air brakes. They would be pretty effective if they opened in flight.
