Interesting design, with a whiff of Luton Minor about it. There seem to be some structural integrity issues with the rear fuselage, amd curious to build it with flaps but no ailerons.
Given the circumstances, quite a creditable effort, and if he keeps it in ground effect he might be OK.:)
