Chinese Z-10 Attack Helicopter

Since I live way down under, we get copies of AFM rather late I would like to ask the boards oppinion on this disturbing matter.
Does this helo look like a ducted version of the CSH-2 Rooivalk?
If you have a copy of AFM from August 2001, on page 13 there is a clear shot of it.
The front looks like a CSH-2 with the tail of a Dauphin (which is possible since China builds them locally as the Z-9)
If this is so, there could be a big problem here, bigger than the AI-50 scandle.
