Hot as heck and missing a few aircraft, but still a great show:

Must be one of the best bomber formations I’ve ever seen:

This formation was nice, too:

Ex New-Zealand air force veteran (go, Kiwi!):

Lots of low fast passes by Brian Sanders in his immaculate Sea Fury:

Eddie Kurdziel’s always a great performer in his Firefly:

Very nice Heritage Flight, hard to find a good angle though:

I’m not usually big on civilian aerobatics, but Hartley Folstad and Margi Stivers did a very nice display:

She’s a great lady ! And no.. the earthquake didn’t to damage.
As for the cows… There are barely any left … All home tracts now.

Nice silhouette of the wingwalker on the top wing! No damage from the earthquake then? Thought it was always hot in Chino from my memory. Goes well with the smell from the cows.:D

great pics, just to correct your notes, the planes of fame p-51a and tom friedkins a-36 that you saw at duxford are two different aircraft altogether

I wanted to be there, too, but unfortunately, some events meant that that plan got cancelled…
And you are right, there was at least one performer missing there 🙁

Thanks, Ian.
The sky was certainly more blue than it usually is at Chino, as you say the sunshine and sky helps the photos a lot.

Great shots Richard, really like the Firefly topside – it may be hot, but the quality of light makes for great photo`s.
Cheers
