I really admired what he did for Disabled after he was injured and his determination to walk again was a shining light for anyone battling similar injuries.
As everyone has said maybe it is for the best and its a end to his pain,But its also a huge loss as he was without doubt a great man in my view.
R.I.P Christopher Reeve my thought are with your family.

Sad news, but what a great ambassador for disabled causes.

As you have said he is probably better off now, being pain free etc. Understandably its not so easy for the family and friends of the deceased to see it that way….but even though I don’t know them my thoughts are with them at this time. RIP Mr Reeve

Best wishes,
Snaps

It’s sad to say it, but he’s probably better off, his quality of life was not something you’d wish on your worst enemy, RIP

I guess this unlucky man deserved a bit of rest.
RIP Mr Reeve.
His action in favor of disabled people is admirable.
