Ity would appear that the snow has been everywhere but Oxford, much to my disgust. I actually like snow, at least in the snow you know that you are going to see idiot drivers doing pirouettes in their cars whereas in fog you don’t see things until it’s too late

When I were a lad, we went to school in all weathers even snow, which was real snow in them days, none of your namby pamby Euro snow like you get now.
All we had to protect us were our clogs and sarcastic expressions;)

im staring in amazment at the blizzard that is raging outside my bedroom window now! abt an inch of snow already and its only 22:00 with no signs of it wrapping up anytime soon!

How is snow now going to prevent your BCG in two weeks? It will be British snow! It will be gone in thirty minutes – or are you hoping there is some sort of ‘knock-on’ effect so that you have to have it in the summer when the girls will laugh at you and your crush on the nurse!;)
