Hah!
Managed to sign on at last!…I recently purchased a tatty cigarette/cigar? box with an interesting inscription as follows-PRESENTED TO THE OFFICERS MESS.ROYAL AIR FORCE ARMAMENT PRACTICE STATION SYLT. BY GROUP CAPTAIN D.S. WILSON -MACDONALD D.S.O D.F.C. JULY 1955. I beleve this to be the same guy who flew Hurricanes with 213 squadron in 1940?…Anyone got any more details on any of the above please…Any photos anywhere.
