Danish regional airline Cimber‘s is applying a special livery to some of their Canadair Regional Jets, to show that they are flying for SAS on certain routes… didn’t expect anything but a disappointment and as usual, it was what I got… what do you think?

CPH-NCL and CPH-VST (if that is the code for Vasteras) are scheduled operations.
CPH-BSL is operated three times daily, too, with QI [Cimber] flightnumbers, but also as an SK codeshare, which is also operated by CRJ’s.

The AFR flights from Lyon to LHR which were flown by Cimber Air CRJ’s are now being flown by Britair CRJ’s.
They seem to be using a Cityjet 146 in the evening on one flight too, don’t think its from Lyon though?

I can remember working a Cimber VFW614 once at STN bringing in a Danish football team. Nice crew and nice aeroplane, glad to know they are still thriving.

The CRJs seem to be doing more work for Air France recently than anyone else.
Exactly what I thought, although I have not seen them on the earry morning AFR flights into LHR reciently so I assume they not operating on the winter schedules???

Can I ask what ad-hoc meens?
Ad-hoc flights are irregular. Any airline or person can ask Cimber to fly a route and as long as Cimber has a plane available and the customer pays it will be done. Unlike airlines or charterers an ad-hoc carrier does not stick to a timetable.
