City Star fly again

Both of their flights this morning, to SVG & OSL, operating.

SVG is with one of their DO328s, I think the OSL will be with the E120 they currently have on charter.

Their DO328 involved in the overrun on Thurs still being looked at but their other 2 were ground running yesterday evening.

Edited to correct that in fact, BOTH flights were D328s.
