City Star to start ABZ – BGO

City Star’s (X9) next route is a M-F service from ABZ to BGO, thus competing with the SAS Gp (Wideroe).

Responding to business demand for an early flight outbound, the outbound leg from ABZ leaves 0640, arriving BGO 0910.

This is earlier than the current WIF flight, which originates in BGO & doesn’t arrive there until after 1100.

Also, see on the BAA arrivals board a Coast Air flight from Haugesund (HAU) due 1100, but that it is always “cancelled”. So is this a schedule service due to start up later in the year, or a charter, or have CST changed their mind about returning to a route they operated in the 90s – before ironically switching from HAU to BGO, then having WIF steal their traffic! :rolleyes:
