In a perfect world, where war is eliminated what are the uses for combat aircraft?

in a world where street children are not a problem and every one has food on the table and a roof over their heads what could be done with let say a Su-24 or a MiG-31?

Can a MiG-31 become a satellite launcher or a Su-25 a crop duster. a Tu-160 a commercial aircraft

what are the uses for high performance aircraft like the Eurofighter or PAKFA in a perferct world where war is erradicated from the face of the earth?
