Civil Whirlwind in Germany

I have an old report of a former Bristows Series 3 Whirlwind on display outside an aviation magazine’s office in Germany – anyone seen it or got any clues?

The reference to the Whirlwind was in Aeroplane Monthly! Anyone got an indexed set
that they can trawl through in the last few years news?

OSH- The magazine article was about three years ago – she was a magazine office
gate guard – not at the picture location.

That wasn’t a Whirlwind in “Heimat”, it was the well-known Sikorsky S-58 D-HAUG…. 😉

I wonder if anyone remembers the TV series ‘Heimat’ – in which a Whirlwind was used by the son of the household, an aviation business that he tried to start after the end of the War.

I have found the following pic on Airliners.net :

But I don’t know if it’s the one you are searching for. I try to find out more about where it could be…
