Went to RAF Shawbury yesterday to witness the first official display of the Typhoon this season. It wasn’t the special tail but the D-Day invasion striped aircraft that turned up.

Unfortunately, the weather was dire and once airbourne the pilot had to abort within 5 minutes due to the cloudbase dropping to below a 1000ft.

So here’s just the one shot!
