I’m sure it is, and very agile too, but maybe not a jet! 😉
It’s not a jet but it’s used to train fast jet pilots.

Believe it or not the Embraer/Shorts Tucano is a fast jet trainer. 🙂

Love how the crew are kitted out as if they are about to go out for a sortie in a Tornado or equivalent fast fighter, but are infact only in a wee prop. 😀

A wider shot, showing perhaps the Newbridge approach and motorway, with the 757 nearing the threshold would have explained things pictorially and created a context for discussion.
I Was in a car park surrounded by fences an Porta Cabins.
The shot was taken at 200mm and tightly cropped, hence
the ‘noise’
Here’s a overhead shot from the same location

Ooops! The pic was taken close to Newbridge, west of EDI.
I was merely commenting on the altitude of aircraft at
different distances from touchdown…This one was taken from my garden.
Hard to decide Joe unless you also present a frame of reference in the shot for the un EDI’d. Newbridge is probably less than a mile from the piano keys at EDI. Your Continental shot could have been taken anywhere and at pretty much any focal length.

On the other hand, knowing the Livingston area quite well, I may be able to pin point your street, judging from the BA 757 shot. 😀
