Chaps who is going and taking what?
We will have our Spitfire display as well as the Jaguar from the museum (its CWP and warnings all work now as does the AAR probe!)
Mark G do you want a Mossie bomber stick?!

Mark G’s hunter will make a welcome visitor
Don’t get too excited – my trailer hiring plans have taken a turn for the worst as the previous hirers attempted to integrate it with a wall yesterday .
more of a spiritual feeling of well being!
Stuart – you sure that wasn’t wind? π

Win the different categories, and you will indeed be rewarded – by me anyway!

My last chance to shamelessly promote this brilliant event; make the effort and you shall be rewarded (not in a material sense you understand more of a spiritual feeling of well being!)

I have been told that NAM requested flypasts but a certain βOfficial Birthdayβ Celebration in London and displays elsewhere meant they were unsuccessful this year.:(
From the latest website info there still seems to be lots to see and do.

Any news as to whether we’ll get a BBMF flypast this year; we’ve been very lucky in the past.
There’s been no mention of it in any info I’ve seen from NAM. π

Stuart, I believe that you live not far from me so we could arrange to meet up and you could come and have a look one evening, I am in the Braintree area
Sounds good to me, I’ll get in touch after the cockpit fest

Thats a shame about the B17, as I was looking forward to seeing it; this will probably be the last year for the Spitfire , as it is now getting difficult to transport, its doubled in size since last year, and hopefully will do the same in the coming year, so I will have to find something else to take next year….problems, problems

Look forward to seeing the Lightning, they usually have a car show event on at the show ground (next door) at the same time can’t remember what the traffic (on saturday) is like as I normally arrive on friday; this year I’ll be tenting and so need the extra day to erect the damn thing!

Unfortunatly not this year but will be next year, trailer permitting.
Should be ok to sit in it next year, we will have to park the spitfire next to the B-17
