Cockpits

What cockpit projects are available at the moment chaps? I am aware of a couple but I’d hate to jump in and buy something only to hear a week later about the cockpit I’ll wish I’d bought! I’m hoping for military, fifties-ish, towable behind a Discovery sort of thing but am (very!) open to suggestions / silly ideas! (I have checked the cockpitfest forum already btw).
