Those 56 Sqn markings are the most stunning a Lightning has ever looked imo.

It’s worth the entrance fee just to witness the Lightning. Though when I last went both ran together.

Fantastic pics Tony. I particularly love the mk1 Greenfinch in full reheat at the end.

They both had Airworthy engines in them so they were sold minus the engines which were shipped stateside as spares for the other ones i think.

A thoroughly enjoyable event, despite the showers !

The Venom is a welcome addition to the Brunty fleet.

Some long-ish gaps between runs towards the end of the day, though.

Not that I know of, wasn’t on the programme and the programme was nothing like the programme as the running order was a suck it and see list, I didn’t stay for the whole show as I was late in and had to leave early.

Nice one :). Good to see the Venom. Did the Meteor NF11 run?

I was expecting to see some pics on here as well. Just hoping I can make the August event.

I went, was a good day, had to leave after the Lightning though. Weather wasn’t bad, afew showers. Photo’s & vids on my phone. I only go on hear on the work pc so can’t post them.
