Collins VOR/ILS Standby Control Units

Hi all

Does anyone out there have 2 Collins VOR/ILS Standby Control Units, Collins part number 522-3614-500. Really it’s the mechanism that is needed, it’s to be installed in a BAE Hawk procedures sim, but I understand it’s a fairly old unit so may have been fitted to other jets. Customer has money so not really in position for swapsies! If someone has one or two of these units I’ll put you in touch with the gent seeking them!

Hi Phil, sorry I don’t, it’s a request from an old flying colleague for a bit of help on a sim project for his employer! I’ll do some digging!

522-3614-500

Dear FB

that is a model number 313N4B. The 313N4B has other permutations and could have other last three numbers. e.g. -503 and -506. Do you have the part number of the mechanism required?

FYI I work for an American Collins Distributor and they tell me that none show up on the inventory locator service.

Regards Phil

I did have two -200, but both were sold about six months ago to a firm in the states unfortunately.
