Colombian Air Force Vs Venezuelan Air Force?

Both countries are being South American countries and having combat ready aircraft active 24hrs because of Drug Transport aircraft and Interceptions.
Looking at the combat capability of both airforces,
Colombian Air Force has Kfir CEs as their main combat aircraft and have around 20 of them.
And Venuzuelan Air Force has F-16s And Su-30s with them. Around 16 F-16 and 24 Su-30s.
And for close air support Colombian Air Force have 12 A-37 Dragonfly Jets and 25 Super Tuno aircrafts.
Venuzeula has around dozen of F260s and 18 K-8 Jets.
And both countries have Army Aviation branches attached with the Air Force with large number of helicopters and transport aircraft.

What air force is more likely to succeed a border skirmirsh or a full scale war happen?
What air force will succeed to support ground combats and troop transport and what airforce will able to win Air supermacy?
