Combat aircraft, too complicated now?

You look at aircraft like the F-22 and you’ll see what I mean.. a capable aircraft..but at the the unit cost of over 100 million per aicraft and a rate of production of 1 aircraft per month.. the aircraft it self is becoming much more prioritized than the pilot itself. The same could be said of the Rafale and Typhoon where they attempt to cram in every type of sophisticated equipment in such limited space in attempt to make it BOTH Multi role and small. It is also time consuming and costly to teach pilots how to operate effectively in all these roles as well my friends.

Have we reached the point where we should return to specialized aircraft rather than multi role? with specialized pilots for each role.
