Computor help needed.

I have just upgraded my old Mobile phone, hoping to get, “More with it” :highly_amused:. The phone I purchased was a Samsung Galaxy S111 mini .I decided to stay with Vodaphone, and had the Sim card swapped to my new phone.
I am gradually getting my head around it, but even though I printed off the manual, (100+ pages), I still have a problem I cannot seem to download any of my Itunes or other music from my Laptop. I have tried an SD card in the phone, but the Comp won’t recognise it,(The phone, that is), so I have no idea as to what steps to take, ( Bet some were going to say “Big ones).Nothing was in the manual as to how to do it.
I have taken the phone back to a same shop, nearer to where I live, but the three women in this very well known chain of phone shops were unable to help.
Anyone any ideas that may solve the problem?
Thanks all.
Jim.

Your phone should have “Kies Air” installed, download the same programme for your laptop.
Then exchange files via wi-fi. You can also write and send text messages this way.

With the wi-fi, it’s best (in my experience) to enter the MAC Address of you phone into your router.
Rather than using passwords.

hi Scott, just noticed your very kind offer thanks, however, my son sorted it out, and you CAN sort ITunes out, despite what they say, ie, that you can’t.
Have you seen the photo on F/Book of Mini 1?

Chas, Yes, Itunes is, but there are a lot of albums I have loaded on Itunes from purchased CDs. They are also on a Program called ZUNE. Old phone was a Nokia Lumina 710, however I never had any music on it. I have the same probs with Zune. Thanks for replying.

Is iTunes your music library? What was your previous phone?
