concorde

hi im jude just brought flightsimulater concorde add on for flightsimulater4
and are having a bit of trouble understanding parts of the manuel.
does any one know how to get speed up from250knts to mac1 and so on?
after i take off i get to about 10000 feet then air speed goes down and
plane stalls if any one knows let me know ,thanks.
