Concorde proves to be quite popular.

Visitor figures have gone up 340% at the Scottish National Museum of Flight at East Fortune since the opening of the Concorde display.

I wonder if the historic forum ‘nay sayers’ will now accept that the exhibit will do good for the museum at large after all ?

Yeah, GLA-East Fortune on a 757 sounds like a real money spinner to me! :p

I’m talking Tristar, for that extra historic appeal, complete with Iraqi flak fire holes in the fuselage. 😮

Maybe they’ll open the airfield again? Air Scotland could do fly in tours ? 😎 😉

Indeed, the locals will be complaining about congestion on all those narrow roads you seem to have to drive along to get to the museum soon! 🙂

When you start from having a visitor or two once in a blue moon, clocking up a large percentage increase isn’t exactly a challenge! 😉

Andy

But think of the benefits, dear boy ? 😎
