Mr Spalding, a type 5ft 11 male from Bristol travelling from his house to the shops, left his house this morning when shortly after departure he realised he was missing his car keys. He declared an emergency and decided it would be safest to return immediately.
After being reunited with his car keys a spokesman in the area said Mr Spalding left some 4 minutes late!
