Finally the Sonnenflieger returns to the skies, albeit with blue Thomas Cook colours rather than the familiar yellow ones… nevertheless the name is back!

Not quite sure about the term “jmc was officially left behind about a month ago”. The airline rebranded 15 months ago but the jmc package holiday brand still exists. Not aware of anything happening a month ago!

I see the home page is heavily advertising what is feautured in Airliner World this year, been able to reserve the number seat you want. Good for superstitious people 😀

Never Mark. JMC was never a strong UK brand whereas Condor has a long established history in its own country. There’s a lot of scepticism about Condor going low cost at such a late stage from within the TC group. Morale is at an all time low in Germany with many threatened redundancies on the cards.
