cant you just say you forgot your password and get the droids to reset it?
Not that easy. I think they have screwed up the settings at their end. The company changed names at the same time I changed to broadband and I think I have half of one account and half of another.
I have a sneaking suspicion that I am trying to get into an account that doesn’t really exist.
Bit like my life really.

Why does it have to be so “F” difficult? I know there are tons of messages waiting and I just can’t get to them. I have tried dealing with the tech droid and they are often brain dead.

And now back and running. Mind you, I still can’t get into my email account as Pipex don’t seem to want to recognise my password.
The hard disc got fixed and I lost nothing but now I have to update the virus software and may even have to change the operating system which I don’t want to do as OSX is too much like (pah!) Windoze.
So, anything been happening????
