For the past two days there’s been a red container at the front of HFL – something arriving? 😎
…or leaving?:(

JDK – you haven’t seen the last plastic model Spit I put together then.
Snapper – obviously nonsense about the “Cow over The Moon” – it would have burned up on re-entry.

Look, its true. I was told by a source I can’t name in Australia. Apparently, the pilot was a Japanese chap in the Russian Air Force who was on a mission to persuade the Swedes to Invade North Africa in 1939. Unfortunately, I cannot get any official documents to prove it as the MOD have lost the key. There were three witnesses, and they came to visit me a fortnight ago with photographs and documents. Unfortunately they were killed in a freak traffic accident when a cow landed on top of their car. It had apperntly jumped over the moon shortly before, so you can imagine the impact.

Nice thought, Snapper.
Mind you, I’m getting ready for another Typhoon story to surface – 1st April is looming after all.
I totally fell for last year’s April Fool’s Typhoon ‘scoop’

Hi Eric,
Looks like we could dispense with HFL then.
You get the batteries, I’ll get the paint…
Cheers

On the side it says –
“Age 8 and upwards”
“Batteries Not Included”
“CE”
“Paint Numbers 29 33 56 11 required”
“This Is Not A Toy”
“Danger – Small Parts Included”
“See Inside for Assembly Instructions”
By: JDK - 18th March 2004 at 14:49
“Paint and glue not supplied.”
Wrong size box Snapper, yours says ‘Airfix’ on the side methinks.

It’s an almost complete box of Tiffy bits sourced from a recent Normandy recovery.

It couldn’t be the remittances for the June 12th shindig could it?

Definitely – must use our inside contacts!
(Maybe it’s a new delivery of polish!!!)

“Woman shipped to Chino in Error!”
“‘We did not know she was in there’ says Spitfire owner!”
“Many Spitfires left unpolished in polisher destination mix-up!”
