Cool question

The title is just a way to attract your attention. I’ve got a problem with MS outlook express.
Every time i want to post something trough a short-cut like on this forum, my pc is having an attack or something. As i’m not a specialist in computers, do others also have this problem?
This is bad, because i can not post anything except when i have the full emailadress
