Bit of a problem whether this should be in historic or commercial aviation. Just thought it was a fun situation.
As I was flying a small Corsair RC today, a Norwegian airliner flew very low over our little strip. Lower than normal. Normal to have them over coming in to OSL, but not this low.
Took the Corsair up as high as I could and made my brother snap some images. Came out small, but nonetheless – makes for a laugh.
Thinking of Photoshopping in tracers for the heck of it!

I see em, I see em, bloody marvelous!

Tacka tacka tacka tacka tacka tacka

“Did you see it go down?”
“Did I? Njaaaaaoouummm PLONK!”

If they do.
Most likely, they have no sense of humour! 😀

Love it 😀 Wouldn’t have a tailgunner if it was BA, due to the proposed cutbacks…

What was the tail gunner doing? Or do they throw blue ice at attackers from the rear?

Sorry.. Couldn’t help myself.. 😀

I was cheeky enough to mail it to Norwegian ASA (the airline) saying the only thing that stood between me and a perfect kill was lack of ammo.

Nice pics 😀
I was the opposite to kenneth…I almost had to land out in my glider one day…at a field used for model flying !!
I even had the wheel down turning base leg when I found a little lift to ‘scratch’ away in from ‘ahem’ *00 feet LOL 😀
In a military restricted area too…would have been in the poo if I had actually landed

Neat! Reminds of when I was once almost rammed by a huge RC-aircraft when piloting a Cessna 152 – passed from right to left, just in front and below me, at about 1200 ft above ground…

If you lived in the US (and, maybe, UK) and did that I bet you’d pretty soon have a couple of men in suits and dark glasses knocking on your door :diablo:
Roger Smith.
PS great post

Great stuff. The third shot down shows quite a good deflection angle! :diablo:
