I think the intention in Milestones is that you view the airframes from the gallery upstairs first, where you have the computer terminals that do include the airframe history.
Ah I see. Thanks Simon, I will try that next time. As Chris said, it’s nice to know the history of the airframe as well as the type.

It is the same at Hendon. All the older signs in the other hangars have the history of the airframe, but in Milestones they don’t.

My only complaint was in the older hangers there was a general aircraft description/spec and a specific history of that aircraft in the cold war hanger these were not there and I wanted to know how the aircraft came to be saved and displayed, maybe they will in time?
