Why is BA Cost Cutting so much?, you would think they are about to go bankrupt….

Oh dear, someone’s got a bit rattled haven’t they? BA won’t be the only ones to cut back staff for those reasons as more and more seats are sold online. It’s common sense really but, as someone else said, it’s unpalatable, especially if it’s your job being cut. As to you being insulting, well, is there really a need for it?
It would be nice if you would get rid of one of the images you use as your signature, such a waste of bandwidth. Janet Jackson having her breast exposed to revive a failed career is not reaaly interesting is it?

listen, i asked a question that pondered upon my head that had no outside influence. i asked why BA are cost cutting to the extent they are because in my opinion it is inappropriate to dissmiss 800 workers after posting a 114 million dollar profit. if you are gonna be a t w a t then dont reply

no, jean, it’s because they’re laying off yet another couple of thousand staff.
However, as far as the call centre closures go, their reasoning that telesales have gone down as more and more customers book online makes sense, however unpalatable it is… 🙁
Nonetheless, no fear will BA go bankrupt.

No way, what a nonsense, there is still such thing as a government. A flag carrier with an international role this big CAN NOT_WILL NOT_ go bankrupt. Sabena did for lots of reasons, they weren’t that important.
What are they costcutting? Is this some nonsense topic you found on A.net forum or so?
