Cost of Jet Trainers

Do countries sell unarmed(obviously) jet trainers to civilians, just without radar, cannon and other things to Civilians? I have ran across some guy who has told me that you can buy a unarmed Chinese K8 Karakorum for as low as 100 000 American, could this be true? I doubt it but do countries sell jet trainers to civilians and how much could they be for example like the Hawk or the Mig-AT.
