Could funding changes affect a Lincolnshire aviation site?

There are news stories doing the rounds in Lincolnshire today that indicate possible funding changes might have an impact on the County Council’s archive and heritage service.

One of the sites that might be affected is the BBMF Visitor Centre at Coningsby.
