Could you ?

You’ve probably all seen the TV advert where the Airstewardess (Gobsmackingly gorgeous of course !) comes rushing to the passenger section of whatever plane is in trouble, and asks those immortal words ” Can anybody here fly a plane ?”. Of course there is always some dashing hunk (bastid !) of a bloke with the diamond glint in his teeth who quick as a flash leaps up and offers to help….allthough you never actually find out if he was successfull or not !

question is, do you reckon you could get get it down in one peice ?. Lets pretend that the plane in question is big twin of some sort and the crew have all become incapacitated. Would your umpteen hundred hours on MS FlightSim Combat Flight Sim stand you in good stead ?.
And if you where successfull, what would you want as a reward….go on…be selfish !.

Me personally, I reckon I’d bounce it a few times and probably end up off to one side of the concrete bit, but would like to think I would survive (especially as I’m at the sharp end and would get the Big Ick first !). As a reward, I’d like…wait for it…a Pilots licence sponsored by whoever airline I’d just saved umpteen millions for.
