Could you point me towards the Easyjet lounge please?

Hey everybody I was just doing a round of LCC websites and found some very interesting news on the Easyjet website.

Easyjet will be teaming up with Servisair/Globeground who I work for LOL to provide access to lounge facilities at all but 3 of Easyjets bases throughout Europe excluding Belfast,Basel and Paris Orly. This service will be available at 33 airports throughout the Easyjet network and for a charge of just £12.

£12 may seem steep but the lounge here in Dublin costs €20.

This in my opinion is a great move and is another reason why people shouldnt pay the high fares of some of the other full frill airlines.

Passengers are required to book this in advance but could be very handy espeically for the business man who may need to send a quick email before heading off on a days business.

ahhh…..but there is method in my madness…..the orange may be garish, but hopefully waking up next to a blonde will distract me! 😉

Are they doing ‘Easy Women’ now as well ? 😀

he he he.

I’ve seen pics of their boat…. the cabins look like portaloos in bright orange…. my eyes!

Hmmm £14.99 a night on a med cruise with Easy…or a minimum of £1900 with all other cruiselines for a cabin in the engine room? 😀

Answers on a postcard please lol 😀

lol, agreed.

I was taken aback last week when I saw a half orange, half white fan zoom past me with “easyTyre” on the back of it!

Stelios just branches out to make money… no MOL style loud mouth antic that lands him in court every week.

good ol Stelios, another plan comes together, and shows cheap doesnt have to be poverty spec etc etc. doesnt snatch at the Ryanair/MOL bulls–t cheap pr stunts that come hurtling across the irish sea. Easyjet just gets on with business without the razzamatazz of MOL’s mouth.

Excellent idea, i wouldnt mind paying that price for an hour or two in a lounge. I know the Hong Kong lounge will cost considerably more for me to use in September! 😮

It was Easyjet yes. Great idea by Easy with these lounges, should be a real money maker.

Incidentally – So glad when I fly to Belfast in August, im flying with airlines with pre allocated seats both ways (FlyBe and Jet2), hate the scrum of Ryanair, but I can put up with it for their prices!

I wouldn’t have thought it would’ve been Flybe, because they do pre-assigned seating, I’m pretty sure it was easyJet too actually.

Not sure Easyjet ever implemented that did they? Wasnt it FlyBe who did?

I’m not sure about Flybe, but I’m almost certain that I read on this forum that it was easyJet who were going to introduce this ‘service’. Not a bad idea, but hardly fair on those who think that by getting to the airport 10 hours before their flight, they are going to board the aircraft first and secure the best seats. Probably best that any low cost airline steers clear of this if you ask me.

Never flown flybe before do they have a sit-where-you-like policy?

Did this “Pay £10 and board first” idea ever take off?

Again, something that may appeal to business travellers who want to check-in 30 minutes before departure but still be guaranteed one of the better seats on the aircraft.

seems a HUGE drive by easyjet to attract Business Customers (maybe because of bmi annoucement in part at least?) as all easyJet ads are currently business orientated. Such as one with the easyjet head rest on a pillow with the phrase something like “the best bed is your own” etc.
