There hasn’t been an update on this site for a while. Anyone know of any news?

I hear that one can park up outside the airfield at the end of the runway.
Not this time mate, West Mids Police will have the side road closed as its under part of the display line.

To BLUEROBIN – I would consider the advanced ticket price of £12 to be very good value for money. The Air Atlantique web site suggest that this will be the last airshow held at Coventry airport due to the proposed building of a new terminal next year, so go support the event and consider yourself lucky to live so close to what will hopefully be one of the highlights of 2003.

I live but 8 miles south of Baginton. Usually treated to over flights during the weekend. Wonder if I can justify the cost though? 🙂

Hunters
There should hopefully be 3 Hunters going to Coventry with departure from Coventry on Sat and Sun (with Arrs and Deps on Friday and Monday) so Coventry should become a busy Hunter base for the weekend. P.S. All 3 should be coming from Exeter See http://www.hunterflyingclub.co.uk

Yes it was.
I was hoping to see Andy Cubin displaying the Balck Arrow T7 like at the last Coventry show. Then again as long as i see a Hunter.

Was XF516 the Hunter at Abingdon on Sunday, if so I will look forward to seeing her again. I thought the display sunday was very reminisent of hunter displays of 30 years ago, excellent and finishing on a ‘blue note’ pass.

Alexis, F6A XF516 has been booked for this show, it’s going back ‘home’ to Coventry.
