Crash site part id

Hi

Can anyone id this as part of an aircraft, it looks like a rotor arm type assembly, I was investigating a German Crash site, and although found dome other alloy this was the only component, we also turned up forks spoons coins etc so nothing was conclusive, I realise this could also be part of a tractor etc but anyone recognise it ???
