Crashed US Choppers

It appears the US don’t know whats happening with their own aircraft or they want to cover it up. Two weeks ago Taliban Tv showed wreckage from a CH-47 Chinook including the twin undercarriage and a mainlift hook, at the time the U.S denied any knowledge but stated an undisclosed helicopter crashed in Pakistan with the lost of two crewman. A few days later the US claimed the CH-47 shown on TV hit a barrier whilst leaving the operational area and returned safely (i would strongly link the two incidents). Today i see on sky TV that the aircraft in fact returned with four casualies on board, i suspect these may have been SF troops injured during the Bagram Airfield Assault.
Anyone with any ideas please. (Dont know if this question has been raised already as i’m new to the list).
