I got it! Hehehe!

A “K” version of a 82-A. The first a/c designed and built by the U.S. Naval Flying Corps, aka Richardson seaplane.

Giys its……………

OK Guys,

Your not reading past post,

So lets review, the wind tunnel is the Washington Naval Yards Tunnel,

Its not a Curtis , Wright or Martin design.

It is a US builded aircraft.

Ok, don’t say it is, but my current guess is a Glenn Martin. But I wish I could see the tail better!

It aint ………………

I’m really proud about myself for getting the tunnel right! 😀
It was the only rectangular in the States (besides those very early shoeboxes), but the photo can’t be pre-ww1 since the tunnel was built in 1916 (well, depends on what side of the ocean you’re sitting).
Darn! Shouldn’t be too hard to find a twin-engined biplane with multiple floats!
From the start I had a feeling, that this seaplane is British, but I’ll keep digging …

Is it an Astra, or a Bleriot? Might be a Breguet.

Sorry Distiller,

Its US Build.

Don’t worry guys it took my Dad two weeks to get it and a guy at The Naval History Center who is a expert in these things a week. 😮 😀
