I know Lauda has a crew rest area on there B777(small sleeping quarters). Does any other airline have these on there B777? And is this an optional thing or comes fitted in all B777s?

United 777
An extract from my flight report with United in November 2002
……………………………………………………………………………………..
On N774UA, the Boeing 777-200, seats H and J in rows 17, 18 and 19 are not used by the passengers:

These seats are in fact the crew rest area and do not have fold-a-way tables or seatback TVs and are seperated from the rest of the economy cabin by a large curtain which pulls round to give darkness, allowing them to sleep.
