It looks closer to the ATR-72 then it does to the BAE146.
Can’t see the resemblance myself, well, there is the ‘T’ tail I suppose.

Some years ago, I used to own a 1/72 scale model, of a twin engined version of the Bae 146, in the colours of Northwest Airlines. The two engines were larger than the four on the 146, and I seem to remember, that it carried small Bae 146-RX titles, aft of the rear pax doors on each side. Looked just like this Antonov.
