Just out of curiousity, what is the state of the Polish Navy. I remember the US sent them some Perry’s and I know the operated three/four Tarantul FAC’s and a Krivak (or an early Soviet frigate believe it was the “Warzawa”), are these ships still in good condition? I take it the Kilo’s are still in service and does anyone know if the Polish Osa’s were withdrawn?
Thanks in advance

Nope. No Krivaks were exported during soviet days. Warsawa is/was a project 61 Kashin-mod class destroyer. It replaced a Kotlin-Sam class destroyer of similar name in the late eighties when the later had boiler breakdown.

Their website provides a very good overview in English with details and images.

4 Kobben class (ex-Denmark) “Bielik”
No, they are ex-Norwegian (as were the Danish Kobben class submarines). They also have a fifth unit as “part boat”.
5 Pr.767 medium landing ships “Krakow”
I thought they were refered to as the Lublin class.
