Current Mirage-III/V ops and support

What AFs other than PAF are today operating MirageIII or MirageV ? have these been upg’ed similar to the PAF fleet?

Also does France still supply original new engines and spare parts with warranty to all of these users ? PAF buying up 50 planes from Libya for cannibalization indicates some or all of the below:

1 – spares chain is shaky from france industry
2 – spares are available but cost is high
3 – PAF cant afford OEM new spares from france
