Back in April, I started a thread in the Historic section looking for P-36 pictures for a cutaway model. It’s been a while, but it’s finally finished. I added some pictures of the compelted model in that research thread, but in case not everyone views the historic section, I’m adding them in the models section.
The basic model is the Academy kit, all the interior structure is scratch built. The structure is based on the TFC example, but I used the kit decals rather than trying to make an exact copy.
It’s the first cutaway model I’ve built, and much smaller than the 1/4 scale I’m used to. It has it’s flaws, but overall, I’m pleased with the results.

Yes, contra-props has been done before, but I’ll skip on the Gannet, it’s too ugly for my liking.

Thumbs up
Looks good to me!
Now can you build me a 1/4 scale Gannet complete with counter rotating props??
Has counter rotating RC props ever been attempted?
Totally off key there but after seeing some of your stuff I’m pretty interested in what else you can achieve!
Phil.
