Hi,
I have started to build a Curtiss-Reid Replica, more exactly a Mk.I.
I am already in contact with the CAHC (where they are building a Mk.II static replica). I am located in Montreal, QC, Canada.
I am looking for:
– Parts relative to this aircraft (I wonder about what happened to three of them which were sold abroad, more exactly, Honk Hong, Chile and Argentina).
– Parts or complete de Havilland Gipsy I Engine (90hp). estimated price will be good to know too.
– Photos archives relative to this aircraft
For more infos about this particular type of Aircraft:
http://www.avialogs.com/index.php/en/aircraft-description/curtiss-reid-rambler-aircraft-description.html
and I have compiled a complete list of aircraft produced with photos:

This is just the beginning of a long journey …

Looks like an interesting project Benoit. Didn’t one fly in the UK in the KIngs Cup air races about 1937? If you send me a PM I can give you a couple of names of guys who might be able to help.
Regards
Bill
