Continuing on with my first visit to Toronto on The Saturday , along with my friend Martin, with his help captured the following
so sit back and enjoy
If you ever get a chance to stand under one of these little beauties when it lands listen out for the noise of the wing vortexes
These look great in the New United Colours
Just cant get away from these ones

Seen this at LHR before it got it’s new paint scheme , so this was a bonus for me
This CRJ, was doing a very steep approach , at the last minute flared and landed on its main wheels
One thing that i noticed was there are a lot of Air Canada’s aircraft in hybrid colour scheme especially the Airbuses

This one really pleased me , first Jamaican A321 Ive seen

Greetings everyone,
This is my first post… remember when you had yours?
Indeed a good freezing time was had by myself and Kevin hanging around airport perimeter fences here in Canada… and not one OPP to be seen.
I am formerly from Dunlop in Ayrshire, emigrated to the busier aviation climes of Toronto Canada in 1988. I currently reside 120 miles west in a City called London. Been home to Ayrshire twice in the last two years and will return again in May of this year.
Amidst the plethora of images I acquired with Kevin on that chilly Saturday, please find attached the most humourous of the days events.
Kevin has tremendous equipment for an acknowledged amateur. His 100-400 ILS lens however is so large that it can fit the body of an CRJ 100ER right inside the lens barrel. Here’s a photo to prove it.
Nice to be here. Hopefully I can bring you some different colour from this side of the Atlantic.
Cheers.

Thanks Tom,
Just a pitty we dont get as many pictures from YYZ as it has a great selction of aircraft,, thought the limited vantage points and the cold in winter are the main downside to YYZ
You never know a visit next year might be on the cards, but i think it will be in the summer
Kevin (nearly defrosted ) 😮 😮

Well done for braving the very cold weather! Great shots!:D

A good collection there Kev, doesn’t the Olympic livery make the A340 look like an old 707 though…?
And are Air Canada ever going to get round to painting their whole fleet in the new ‘spearmint’ livery or have they decided just do do the tails for now ?
